Toned in 10 Day 2: Cran-Water

Toned in Ten Day 2:
Cran-water is simply 1 oz. of 100% pure, unsweetened cranberry juice mixed with 7 oz. of water. I find if I mix 1 part juice to 7 parts water in a pitcher and keep it on the counter with a glass close by I will have no problem getting my 64 oz. of water for the day. It must be unsweetened and 100% Cranberry juice (so not a cocktail of other juices). If you are used to Ocean Spray cranberry juice you will find that pure cranberry is a bit tart. Give it time, your taste buds will adjust :)

Toxins are stored in our fat cells and the result is the dimply skin we call cellulite. When we jump on our rebounder we are jarring these toxins, drinking the cran-water aids in flushing toxins out. The flavonoids, enzymes and organic acids found in cranberries emulsify fatty globules and effectively reduce the appearance of cellulite. Cranberries strengthen connective tissues and neutralize free radicals due to their high level of antioxidants. Make this a part of your daily routine and over time your body's PH will change resulting in smoother skin and a healthier body.
