5 Friday Favs

We've had a pretty low key week. Braden and Emma ended up with a tummy bug so we spent a quiet week at home.
We are finishing up our new build and I still have so many little decisions to make. I have to pick our kitchen faucets, cabinet hardware, & door levers (or should I go w knobs  πŸ€¦πŸΌ‍♀️ πŸ€¦πŸΌ‍♀️ πŸ€¦πŸΌ‍♀️).

Today I have complied a list of 5 things I'm LOVING this week...

1.Yellow Box Wendie Sneaker

I am SO excited about these sneakers, y'all! They are so cute in person. A friend of mine had these on at a birthday party last week and I fell in love. They really added a fun touch to her outfit. She said they are yellow box so they are extremely comfy and light. I was so excited when I found them at this low price on Amazon. I have been needing something to kick my leggings up a notch. I think the lighter color will be cute with dresses and shorts this spring.

This price is unbelievable! I had to get two! πŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆI paid less for two pairs than the price of one pair at our local boutique. If you want some, hurry! They are going fast!

2. Acne Free 3 Step Kit
Remember when I mentioned in this post that I would tell you how I combat  break outs? I use this 3 step system from Acne Free.
We have this on our Subscribe and Save because it is just soooo good at clearing up hormonal breakouts and teen skin. I knew when I started my detox regimen that my skin would start misbehaving so I "borrowed" this 3 step system from my daughter and have been using it at night. I noticed a tremendous difference in my skin after just one day. My skin is smooth as a babies bottom after I’ve been using it for about a week. I will use this kit the week before my monthly cycle to come back any hormonal breakouts. My daughter, who is now 13, loves this product. She was having some problems with small bumps all over her cheeks and forehead but this 3 Step System has cleared them up & done wonders for her skin. She has a bright clear complexion even though she’s going through “teen” changes.

3. Baseball Season!
I love Baseball! I love taking my son to practice and I especially love watching the games. I love the friendships made and I love my little girls running around together w the sisters of the team. I love baseball shirts and custom-made jerseys to support BradyBoy. I love the Snack Shack! I love the cracking sound of the bat hitting the ball. I love going to the field as a family. I love sunflower seeds, giant pickles, snow cones and popcorn. It’s just a blessing and I’m grateful that we get to be part of the baseball community. ⚾️

4. Epsom Salt Baths
I've been doing the start of a cleanse this week which you can read about here. Sometimes I find it easier to add things to my diet rather than to try to take away. I've been drinking lots of enhanced water, probiotics, and doing at least 100 jumping jacks on my rebounder during different times of the day. My body has been sore, y'all. The epsom salt baths are soooo soothing and are also a good detoxifier. The baths really take the ache out of my muscles and relax me. I like to add a few drops of copaiba and lavendar oil to the water as well for a relaxing detox bath.

5. My new fav probiotic is this water kefir by KeVita.

I found this awesome drink at 🎯 yesterday. I love, love, LOVE this flavor! Only 20 calories in the entire bottle! It was so refreshing and the flavor was lovely. I actually have enjoyed every flavor of the KeVita water kefirs. Its good to switch up your probiotics so you can populate your gut with different strands of gut friendly bacteria. Drinking or eating 'live' foods is better than taking capsules or powdered probiotics because the "live" probiotics go to work immediately but the capsules take roughly six hours and you aren't getting as many. I felt great knowing I was doing the healthy thing and getting live probiotics! Actually, I just love the flavor, and the bubbles. This is going to be my favorite efferverscent summer drink.

  1. I know the feeling with having to make so many decisions on things for the house. We finally decided on hardware for our doors and went with black knobs. My husband is still in the processes of switching out all of the hinges. I hope you have a great weekend and the kids feel better! Sierra Beautifully Candid

    1. I keep leaning towards the knobs. We have levers now and they seem to be “sagging” if that makes senseπŸ˜†πŸ€·πŸΌ‍♀️

  2. Such a precious family! I love probiotics, I’ll have to look for that one.
