Today I am sharing an extremely challenging 10 minute ab routine. I cannot make it through this yet but I am hoping that I will after trying to complete this every day for the next 60 days.
I wrote down all the exercises to look at during this routine.
I plan to take it with me on vacation (Hawaii whoopwhoop!) or just look back at this post.
As you know, this blog is a chronicle for me of what I have tried and what I feel works for my body. If it can help anyone else then that is an added bonus!
